Saffron
It is a flavor from the sprout crocus sativus. It grows up to 30 cm. It contains a carotenoid conceal called crocin. Dried saffron is made out of 12% water, 65% sugars, 6% fat and 11% protein. Saffron is portrayed as reminiscent of nectar. Its taste has been noted as sweet. Saffron has a good taste.
